Priority Fridays are strictly for Small, Local Repairs to ensure we can fit them into the schedule. Your job qualifies ONLY if:
✅ It is a Small Repair: The work requires half a day or less (e.g., a ceiling patch, repairing damp damage, or electrical chases).
✅ It is Strictly Local: To maximize efficiency, the property must be within a 15-minute drive of Ludlow. We cannot offer this fast-track service for properties further afield in South Shropshire.
✅ You Accept the Fixed Fee: You are happy with the £230 flat rate to secure the speed and convenience.
(Note: If your job is a full room reskim, larger renovation, or outside the 15-minute radius, please use our Standard Estimate service).
